âExceptional service and hospitality at Inkaterra La Casona! We had the most wonderful stay and it was first class all the way from welcoming us til the moment we checked out. A must when experiencing Cusco in a time typical pre-historic building.â
âWe stayed in four different hotels in Cusco and this was by far our favorite! The bed was amazingly comfortable, especially with the duvet. The room was modern and, had a radiator which we were happy to use. They also offered us a breakfast box for our early morning departureâ

âI stayed here for 3 nights with my friend when we did Machu Pichu and we couldnt been happier with our choice of hotel. Iâd definitely come back. Everything from service, to design and vibe was top. Iâd def recommend it to anyone whoâs going to Cusco.â

âThe location for this hotel is great if you want to be close the historic area for walking tours of Cusco. It was super convenient for our tours because the meeting point was often set at La Plaza de Armas.
Room was always tidy and the shower was nice and warm - which was different from some of our other stays in Peru.
All the staff were so incredibly nice. And one of the best things was that if you had activities planned early in the morning, they would pack us breakfast to take with us....

âFint hotell med vĂ€ldigt bra lĂ€ge. FrĂ€scht och vi gillade speciellt frukosten som har generösa öppettider och stort utbud. Personalen var hjĂ€lpsam som t.ex. hjĂ€lpte oss att boka utflykter och taxis. Det enda negativa Ă€r att det Ă€r lite lyhört . â

âA true former monastery constructed on Inca ruins in the Medieval period and entirely renovated and converted into a luxury hotel. There is an active chapel that was preserved, the rooms are large, oxygen is available by mask, but some rooms also have supplemental ambient O2, bathrooms are well equipped, staff is extremely attentive and courteous. âWe stayed here 4 nights. First 3 then we came back for one more after our trip to Machu picchu. First of all the service here has been outstanding since we first arrived. We came very early on the day of our check in, extremly tired after a long bus trip. Still, at 5 am we were welcomed perfectly and got to check in to our room directly. At that time, the only room available had to separate beds (which we accepted since we really needed to sleep) but as we came back later during the day to staff...
âI usually travel 4 times a year to different countries and I have never experienced such wonderful service from a hotel in my entire life. You truly feel like you are at a family members house and not a hotel. Where do I begin to explain how amazing the staff is here.
Let me start with the chef Freddie we mentioned we were Colombian and the next day for breakfast he brought us arepas! The front staff and waiters were also truly amazing from Eric, Lolo, Dani, Marilee, and Victor.

âThe room was beautiful and the balcony was nice to let air in. The bathroom was very nice, I am 71 and had no issues. I am a solo traveler and appreciated they didnt bother me! They have hot water for tea, coffee and water out for you too. They store luggage there too.â
