“Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-)
Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience.”

“The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. ”

“The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.”

“Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel so welcome; the facilities and room were amazing, especially the shower!! Rooftop bar and restaurant were great also. Would 100% stay again!”

“Beautiful hostel in historical centro. Very friendly staff especially Omar & Alex who so kindly educated us in the Spanish language. Close to everything and offers both very nice rooms and dorms. Situated on a side street and very quiet. Amazing breakfast. ”
