“We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this lovely little place to all! Breakfast, especially the local specialities, and service was amazing. All rooms had a high standard and were even more beautiful than the pictures. We got many recommendations on what to see in the city and where to eat. The location is in the centre near quite a big road so ear plugs at night was necessary for me. ”

“Everything was super perfect! Really nice, spacious and clean hotel room. And the beds were great - we slept like small babies😃. We also used the transfer service from the airport, which worked perfectly, even though our flight was 3 hours delayed. I just updated Martina about the new arrival time and she reorganized the transport, almost in the middle of the night. The hotel is situated very close to everything you might want to see. If going to Sicilia again we will definitely stay here...

“We stayed only one night and for such a short time it was great. Even though we came late and the reception wasn’t open they had a really good and simple way of checking in. The information was excellent! The room were clean and we had everything we needed. And there is a really nice long street with a lot of restaurants right outside so it was simple to go out for a dinner late at night with children.”

“Liked: staff and service, cleaness, property condition, breakfast, location, working AC, amenities. Friendly and helpful staffs made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant. I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco. Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket. I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel. ”

“När vi kom fram till hotellet som ligger på en gågata i "gamla stan" av Palermo hade vi svårt att hitta entrén då det "bara" var en sliten träport. Väl inne så skulle vi ta oss upp för ett 50-tal trappsteg innan vi kom till receptionen. När vi hade checkat in så fick vi ett rum ytterligare ca 20 trappsteg högre upp. Något att tänka på för äldre eller personer som har problem med att gå i trappor. Väldigt tillmötesgående personal och en fullt tillräcklig frukost erbjuds. Rummet litet men rent...

“We had a junior svit with a balcony just next to Quatro Canti. Lovely to eat breakfast there in the morning. Lively daytime and very quiet at night. The room was modern, big, nice bed, and all the comfortabel you could wish for. If you needed help, you had it immediatelly. Everything was a little bit better than we expected. “The location was perfect for walking about with lots cute little shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was great with a helpful staff. It felt a lot like Bourbon Street in Louisiana during the weekend with the street lined with happy people until the early morning. I ended up joining in my last night and had a fantastic time. The room was nice with a cute balcony looking over the cobblestone streets. I would definitely stay there again. ”

"Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character. Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards. Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."
