The hotel is beautiful and historic, so, of course we knew we would have a great time there, but what made the experience amazing was all the care we received from the staff. “O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável, possui sacada tanto no quarto como também no banheiro, que é um banheiro muito grande, com excelente chuveiro, os produtos de toillet são de ótima qualidade, e o secador de cabelo tem um boa...

“Då jag specifikt bokat ett rum med terass och utsikt över staden (enligt Hotels.com beskrivning som brukar vara helt korrekt) blev jag jättebesviken med ett rum utan fönster (förutom uppe vid taket) och absolut ingen terass. Det känder som en cell eller källarlokal. Läget i sig var det inget fel på, inte själva rummet eller sängen heller. Men detta var då inte för mig. Värden försökte skylla på mig, men beskrivningen av rummet är ju fel. Inte mitt fel precis.”

The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance ”
