"Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character. Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards. Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."

"We had a junior svit with a balcony just next to Quatro Canti. Lovely to eat breakfast there in the morning. Lively daytime and very quiet at night. The room was modern, big, nice bed, and all the comfortabel you could wish for. If you needed help, you had it immediatelly. Everything was a little bit better than we expected. We can highly recommed this B&B."
