“This is a good hotel, centrically well located in Downtown La Paz. The rooms are very very clean, and the area is quiet by nights. Their breakfast is fine. The girl and the two guys at the desk are very kind and they are always glad to give you any information about the area and the city. “Amazing place to stay. Great view of La Paz and near the bus station and walkable to main square. Great exercise every day walking up the hill. About a 5-10 minute walk uphill from San Francisco Square, Calle Jaén is one of the most attractive streets in La Paz. It's quaint, cobbled, traffic-free and contains some beautiful, colourful, well-preserved colonial buildings. It's also home to 4 museums (my favourite is the fascinating Museo de Instrumentos Musicales), an art gallery, a few unique artisan shops, and a couple of alternative cafe/bars.
