We also used the transfer service from the airport, which worked perfectly, even though our flight was 3 hours delayed.

The hotel is situated very close to everything you might want to see.

I stayed in Apartment 2, which was very spacious and had a full kitchen. Breakfasts were generous and tasty, and the fresh scents left in the room after cleaning were delightful. Staying here felt luxurious and secret — this hotel is a jewel in Palermo. ”

"Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character.
Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards.
Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."
