La atmósfera del hotel es acogedora y elegante, con una hermosa combinación de encanto histórico y confort moderno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia.
Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rápida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación sin ningún inconveniente....

Although the apartment block has no reception, Sonder provides a goid service which is easy to navigate. They also offer 24 hour communication and respond quickly. ”

“This appartment building lies perfect in an alley from Gran Via, near Plaza Callao. Walking distance to most of what you want to see. Very clean appartment, and perfect service by the staff even though I was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing I didn’t love was the alley at night, quite dark and a little scary. But otherwise the location is perfect!”

"Hotellets restaurang var inte bra.
Dels kunde man inte beställa rätterna på menyn, de var slut, dels var servicen var undermålig. Dessutom tog restaurangen en serviceavgift om €3,20 per kuvert (även för barn) som inte var motiverad jämfört med andra restauranger i Madrid. Kommer inte att äta där några fler gånger.
Frukostbuffén var vi däremot jättenöjda med, personalen var engagerad och mycket trevlig."

"Otroligt centralt, men också nära till lugnare gator, precis bakom hotellet. Rummet var rent, fräscht, diskret inrett och med välutrustat pentry. Praktisk skjutdörr för uppdelning av sovrum.
