âWonderful welcome by Luisa, the resident manager. The hotel is beautifully situated in the hills overlooking the vineyards. Beautiul garden and terrace, perfect for a drink before the very well-prepared dinner. Room and naturön was large, super clean, modern and comfortable. Our only regret was that we only stayed for one night - would definitely go back!â

The hosts were very nice. When I could not get transportation from the train station to the hotel, one of the owners came and picked me up. I tried to give her money to pay for that and she wouldnât accept it. They also let me stay a bit later in the afternoon so that I could meet up with an Uber. Great location from which to explore Salemi. I would definitely recommend it.â
âThis is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. â

âAll in all, this agriturismo retreat is well deserving of the highest grade. Sure, I have seen better rooms, and there is not much to see around, but the service, the calm atmosphere and on top of all, the excellent food, makes it stand out. Do not miss this place if you are travelling around Sicily with car!â
âPosto molto accogliente e rilassante. Camere e spazzi in comune arredati con gusto e cura. Cibo molto buono e vini di produzione propria. Si gira nel giardino fra fiori, ulivi e sculture. Un tuffo nella bella piscina e poi relax sulla sdraio con un libro o una bevanda. â
âBeautiful boutique property with views of the rolling hills! We were traveling with two children and the suite was comfortable for us all. Smaller pool but perfect for cooling off. Breakfast was lovely! â
