âOverall a very nice stay. We were expecting HĂ€sten beds but weâre told theyâve been changed in November 2024. The new beds are of the firm type. The hotel was very clean and was very nicely designed, the bookshelf carved into the bathroom wall was particularly cool! Service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast on the top floor was small but nice with a beautiful view. â
âGreat property and hosts. We stayed here during our time at a work conference. The hosts were great from start to finish. Rooms were super comfortable, and the in house breakast option was a good add on! â

âNĂ„got trĂ„ngt pĂ„ rummet men vĂ€ldigt mysig miljö och trevligt mottagande. Hotellet ligger perfekt om man gillar att vandra runt i mysiga miljöer och bland trevliga restauranger och barer. Mycket trevlig personal. â

âBra och trevlig vistelse pĂ„ hotellet som ligger vackert belĂ€get utmed floden som delar staden. Bra rum, tyst och helt okej poolomrĂ„de som vi spenderade en hel del tid vid tack vare vĂ€rmen.â
âThe Luggage Hostel & Suites has a very good location on the hillside with nice views. It is easy to park in the street and calm in the night. It is a charming old villa with special architecture and atmosphere. You can have breakfast or a drink on the balcony with view to the other hillside and the old university. The staff is very helpful with information about Coimbra and you can easily walk to the sights, old town and city center. We would have liked to stay one more night, but unfortunately...
âThe property is in a great location for walking to the University. It was in a cool old house. We enjoyed the fun, "University" vibe of the decor. The staff was great. Emma was a particular delight--very helpful and full of useful information & recommendations. The breakfast buffet was great with many options. It was served on the top floor with nice views and an outdoor patio for nice weather days.
The one thing that we would change would be the numerous, plug-in air freshener/frangrances...

âGreat apartment close to lots of restaurants and shops. Had to walk up lots of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is probably not ideal, but we loved it! Washing machine and AC = bonus! â

âHostess was excellent. We werent able to stay for the including breakfast so she made us sandwiches to take hiking for thr next day. Room was clean and the jacuzzi was absolutely perfect after days of walking up and down the hills. Parking was super convenient because we parked right outside the door. Restaurants and bars were in close vesinity too. â
