Inomhus pool ingick, den gick inte att använda. Microvågsugnen var väldigt smutsig och vi vågade inte öppna den. Ingen städade, kom med nytt toalett papper, bytte lakan eller handdukar under perioden vi bodde på hotellet. Tvättmöjligheterna var undermåliga med gammalt vatten i tvättmaskinen. ”
