“Everything was great I would definitely book again. The place was so comfortable and cozy. Staff was great communication with everything I would definitely book again. I recommend booking here.”

“We liked it very much.”

“Overall, the stay was great. Very quiet, peaceful and a great area. However, the toilet seat was VERY small (rounded). Also, the TV is a stationary mount, it would have been nice to have a swing out mount to watch tv from the bed rather than having to sit on the 2 round chairs to watch TV. Additional towels would have been great, the team member did bring some - however it was only 2 bath towels that were brought. We needed more bath towels, face towels, etc. we were only brought 2 additional...

“The check-in process was so easy. My flight have been delayed for hours and I couldn't even think straight anymore and the lady checked me in and was so kind and helpful. The room was adorable and I left a little kitchenette that was separate from the room and bathroom. They had a plunge pool and a hot tub and it was just adorable and felt secluded from the noisy atmosphere of the town which I do like but it's nice to have a quiet place.”

“clean & enjoyable, slightly rustic but in the best design forward way. although there is currently a water crisis in PR, they were so accommodating through the whole process.”

“Loved the property. Absolutely beautiful.”

“Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Absolute Nightmare! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous...

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room and overall property were very clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with restaurants, the beach, and shops all conveniently nearby. The staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Everything made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again!”
