“Vi ångrar att vi bokade detta hotell. Det ligger på toppen av Mt Carmel och det var inte optimalt att bo där under shabbat när Carmelit inte gick. Restaurangutbudet i området är dessutom väldigt dåligt, det finns endast en bra restaurang i närheten av hotellet, resten är fast food. Renligheten på rummen lämnar en hel del att önska. Badrummet var dåligt städat vid vår ankomst och även efter att vi påpekade det i receptionen blev det inte mycket bättre. De putsade aldrig kranen vare sig innan vår...

“Great stay”

“Fantastic room and a great location. Free on site parking was super convenient. The room had a natural wood ceiling, beautiful tile and a private balcony. Plenty of close places to eat and centrally located. I loved this place.”

“The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. “We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. “Staff was very kind and very accommodating ”

“The receptionist are nice and professional. The room is clean, but is old and here and there in the room you can see it. The bed is not good. Blanket, quilt, pillows are supposed to be white, but actually looks old and yellowish, give a feeling of not very clean. No blanket sheets ”
