âNew property so was not sure what I would be walking into but the hotel is very charming! The area is quite with eating places in walking distance. 2 coffe shops to choose from on either side of the hotel. The room I chose to stay in was beautiful. I had the classic king suite which was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Overall it was a very good experiance. The staff were very attentive and made suggestions to places to visit and eat. Will come back .Would love to see the final product...

âHotellet ligger nĂ€ra ett mycket bra shopping outlet. Rummet var stort och mycket frĂ€scht. Trevlig personal bra parkering och lugnt lĂ€ge utan störande ljud. Frukosten var bland den bĂ€ttre vi stött pĂ„ under vĂ„r rund resa i US.â
âI chose this since it was listed as "close to Dulles international airport" and we were getting in kind of late so it seemed like a good idea.
I also like Holiday Inn in general, they keep a good decent standard to decent prices.
The hotel wasn't what I'd call "close" to the airport, but we had a rental car and they did have a Shuttle so that is forgiven.
The area was more than calm and we didn't hear a peep all night.
It would seem the establishment was aiming for conferences and occasions...

âIâm torn about this hotel. The property has a very good location, the rooms are nice enough with comfortable beds and a roomy, well-lit bathroom, and the breakfast rather good. However, we experienced a lot of issues during our stay. We had to change rooms several times during check-in since our assigned rooms were dirty, and the room we did end up with had a loose toilet seat and stained towels and sheets. The showerhead was also really poor and the wifi weak (my Iphone XS was time and time...

"After a long flight from Europe landing late at night it was nice to only have a short transfer bus to the hotel - make sure you go to the right place at the airport to catch the bus, and notice there are 2 Hyatt hotels so you take the right one. Check in was quick and easy - nice big room, it was like a small apartment, very nice if you stay for a while. Breakfast was basic but had all I wanted, nice do-it-youself waffle iron. DidnÂŽt like plastic knife/fork...but thats about all what I have to critisize about ..nice hotel for the money, only a short walk from the trainstation to take us directly downtown Washington.
