Hotell nära Museum of Science and Industry

“I did not expect the hotel to be as nice as it was. I loved it and the location was great. They also have a shuttle service to busch gardens!”

“Mycket trevlig personal. Vi kom tre timmar innan incheckning men fick rummet ändå. Det var vi tacksamma för. Stort och rymligt rum med mikro och kaffeapparat. Soffa med bord. Tyvärr väldigt smala dubbelsängar men sköna. Hotellet har egen transfer till Busch gardens. Gångavstånd till lite matställen. Uppvärmd bassäng med badhanddukar och ett litet gym. Hotellet ligger inte i det finaste området, men kändes tryggt ändå. God frukost, en del att välja mellan äggröra,kokt ägg, stekta korvar, stekta...

“The room was shabby. One of the towels was dirty and there were blood stains on the bedsheets. The door was bad so it was hard to close it and you could smell marijuana in the room. The staff at breakfast was unhelpful and instead of serving the customers they were barking at them. The breakfast was very poor with no veggies and lacking diversity. The cooked eggs were green. Good access to parking and easy access to Busch Gardens but at night, a walk outside of the hotel is not recommended. ”

“The air vent in the room had a large buildup of dust, and overall the room was not very clean, which was surprising considering the hotel had excellent reviews. We also experienced inconvenience since only one elevator was working during our stay. I expected much more when it came to cleanliness. However, the service from the person working at the bar/Starbucks was excellent — they prepared a delicious coffee and were very kind and attentive.”
