“The staff were amazing and made the stay all the better”

“The room was just as I expected it. It was nice, quiet, clean and spacious. Just steps away from bourbon street without the noise. The front door kitties are nice. The staff are super helpful and nice as well. The only drawback was my hubby is 6'5" and he had to duck some in the bathroom and shower. That is the nature of older buildings though.”

“Perfekt läge av hotellet. Parkeringshus på samma gata. Trevlig personal. I hotellbeskrivningen stod att frukost ingick. Ingen frukost serverades. Kaffe, lemonade och fanns vid receptionen dygnet runt.”

“The receptionist (young girl) was not welcoming while busy with her private phone. Not one smile or good morning during purwhole stay. No information, we had to ask about everything. Breakfast was kaos and poor. This was the popfest breakfast during out trip visitibg 6 different hotels and this was by far the priciest. Guy in breakfast unfriendly and in a very bad mood. Rooms supersmall, cleaning only upon request. Very overpriced Hotel. You only stay here for the lookstion. Will not come...

“Fantastiskt fint hotell på perfekt avstånd från Bourbon Street (inte så pass nära att man störs av ljud därifrån men bara ett par minuters gångavstånd dit). Jättetrevlig personal och fina rum. Skulle definitivt boka igen!”

“The hotel is located near many great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioning worked amazingly well. The staff were attentive and so accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“We had some problems with the heating/cooling in our room and someone had to come a few times to try and fix it..other than that the hotel was good.. the dinner menu in the restaurant didn’t have many options .. but the food and drinks were good. Always a cab waiting out front so transportation was never an issue.. even at 4:00 am when we had to leave for the airport. Overall a good place to stay. Easy walking to many places.. Bourbon street, French Quarter etc.”

“Rummen var bra. Trevligt hotell med pool. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Frukostserveringen funkade dock inte så bra. Vid några tillfällen fick vi ingen frukost alls då vi fick vänta i över en timme och höll på att missa en utflykt. Kvaliteten på frukosten var ganska basic. Kändes som personalen eller köket inte klarade av sin uppgift. Serveringspersonalen var dock vänlig och försökte styra upp, men.... Tog upp detta i receptionen som krediterade de frukostar vi aldrig fick.”
