Hotell nära Museum of the Cherokee Indian

“The bed didn’t have a comforter so all we had to sleep with was a sheet and I was cold all night. Not impressed”

“Thanks for not letting me know construction work would be starting at 7:30 am right across the hall, it was not a very good start to the day. How about asking the front desk to mention that important detail next time. If this is how Expedia gets low rates, I’ll find another company or pay full price next time.”

“Great stay!! Staff and breakfast was great!”

“We’ve stayed here for years and have never had a bad experience. We always enjoy our stays and look forward to coming back!”

“Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence. Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations. Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend...

“We’ve stayed here twice now. Easy to access and conveniently located to restaurants, fast food, gas and groceries. Most of all it’s only 10 minutes away from the entrance to the Smokies and the Blue Ridge Parkway.”

“Nice”

“Older basic hotel in a great location overlooking the river, really enjoyed sitting on the balcony”

“We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...

“Got checked in early. Beautiful view. Check in was wonderful.”

“Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!”
