Där fanns engelskspråkig personal, men jag upplevde dem som få jämfört med andra hotell i Japan och utifrån hur stort detta hotellet var. Men absolut ett hotell jag rekommenderar för den som vill ha ”lite extra” vad gäller standard på rummen och ett bra läge i Sendai. ”
