“This is one review that I am very happy to write! Sitzmark Chalet Inn is not at all typical. The facility is immaculately manicured with a really nice outdoor area with seating for BBQ's and just enjoying the mountain air. Really cool is the outdoor barrel style sauna. It was very nice! Roomy parking spaces that are not crammed. The staff were all excellent (cannot emphasize enough). We met the owners (husband & wife) and two staff that were there and all of them were some of the nicest...

“No extra blankets available in the room, no door dividing master bedroom from living room. I paid what I thought was total price on Expedia website, but I was charged an additional $16.11 upon checking in for hotel fee, not cool. I probably won’t be booking thru Expedia again ”

“There was hair in my tongue when I checked it into the first room room 158. I requested another room in that room was even worse plus they had a patch under the closet shelf so I opted to purchase cleaning supplies additionally, the room key did not work for the five nights. I had to get a key every night. Additionally, there was a reserve charge on my account when I first made the reservation for roughly $78 when I checked into the hotel our card is charged for the full amount of trip and I saw...

“Older property showing its age Worn out chair & ottoman in room Shower head is probably original to the property and needs replaced Tile flooring is loose and cracked is a hazard on bare feet I guess I got what I paid for but I trusted others who rated the hotel as a 8 maybe a 6 $100 per night should have spent the extra $30 per night and stayed at Hampton Inn Property is clean but needs updating! Location is great! ”
