“Grand experience”

“There is no daily housekeeping, which is okay. There is an order form to hang on your door for towels, toilet paper etc. We put it out in the morning and the next morning we still did not have what we needed. I called the front desk and the rude man yelled that he was by himself and I would have to come get what we needed. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but since the hotel was full and they use real plates and cloth napkins rolled around silverware they could not keep up. There...

“Pleasantly surprised with how tidy and accommodating this place was. As we pulled up to the building, the outside was unassuming and honestly, a little disappointing. I’m guessing this building was recently bought out and they’re in the middle of renovating. As the weekend went on, we enjoyed our room so much that we ended up spending extra unplanned time in the room. The freezer worked (uncommon , the shower/bathroom was squeaky clean, breakfast was great.”

“I chose Savannah House based on reviews and was very happy with it, Hotel is clean and very well maintained. We met people who have been staying there for years. It had older couples plus few families staying there. The hotel is very accessible to those with mobility issues with breakfast area next to the main desk, wide hallways and elevators. “We enjoyed being able to walk from our hotel to other stores in the atea. They do need to purchase better pillows, they were flat and the bed was not comfortable, my husband was not sleeping well while there.”

“We had a misunderstanding at check in about a deposit but was resolved the next morning. Pretty typical breakfast but the breakfast room was clean and neat. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. We thought our room had a soured smell maybe needed a air filter changed and the cleanliness of the room was okay not exceptional.”

“Everything was great, the only exception was that the bathtub is very slippery. We are somewhat elderly. The excellent housekeeper promptly got us a bath mat for inside the tub. All we needed was a clean bed and clean bathroom and the room was up to expectations. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We would stay there again.”
