“When I arrived they told me they were not working with cheap hotels online. They refused my reservation. They had rooms, but wanted to increase the price by 50 percent more than what I had booked. I called the taxi service to come and get me. I didn’t stay there and I never will.”

“Personeel geweldig, hotel goed en schoon enkel sommige dingen kunnen/moeten gemaakt worden. Ontbijt zeer goed, lunch en diner kunnen beter ivm wat op het menukaart staat is niet aanwezig (toen wij er waren)”

“The first floor was under construction so it was noisy. WI-FI in the room was not available. No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths.Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing. Every time they promised to call me back but they did not.”
