  • Welcome to Beachwood Escape! This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch-style home is nestled behind the sand dunes of Lake Michigan in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The home has been completely renovated and is ready for you and your family to enjoy and make lasting memories. Guests will love the spacious bedrooms, which hold 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 sets of bunk beds. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. All bedrooms have smart TV’s. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with cooking basics, a coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee maker, all new appliances, separate laundry area, 2 full size refrigerators, and a grill. Appreciate the unique Tree Carving art on the property. Pack up the provided beach gear and take an easy 5 minute stroll to the sandy beach of Lake Michigan at Peré Marquette. Enjoy the use of the provided bikes to explore the area. Parks and trails are also within walking distance. Popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away.

Perfect home for our family of five. We we all very comfortable and enjoyed the walking trail that went along the beach. Lisa text a few times to make sure we were comfortable and answer any questions we might have. The binder full of local things to see and do was great. Thanks for a great stay.

Matt & Lisa were great host and their home location, amenities, family spaces worked out great for my whole family. Enjoyed our stay, and would definitely keep this on our return vacation spot.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The place is perfectly located by the beach, is very clean and very well maintained. The owners are incredibly nice and very informative. The neighborhood is quiet and verg welcoming. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an amazing stay with my family. There were 8 of us ranging from 1 to 70 and everyone had extremely positive feedback. It was clean, comfortable and a great location. We walked to the playground and beach. It’s a short drive to lots of nice restaurants. The amenities for young kids and beach goers was a big highlight. We’re planning for an annual family weekend and will definitely rent here again!

we loved staying at this property. very nice and clean. they had a lot in the kitchen and even had games and puzzles. very close to the beach and the bikes were fun to ride. they are very responsive and helpful! we loved the area and the house!

This was one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed in. Massive home, totally equipped and in great shape. The property was neat and tidy and the patio was perfect. What a great neighborhood! We are hoping to be back next year!

Simply Amazing, no problems

Lisa and Matt are great hosts, always communicating and available, they ensured we had a great stay and we appreciate them for that! The property is beautiful, with plenty of space for a large family or group, close to the beach and convenient to get to everywhere we needed during our stay. A good all-round choice for anyone looking to stay around this area

We booked this property for a trip with our extended family. It was great for our group which included 2 toddlers and an infant. Beautiful Beach (very near) Home

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect for my family. Plenty of place to spread out. So many extras to use. The beach chairs and toys really worked out well. Also the bikes were a big hit with my 6 year old granddaughter. Hope to stay there again.

Beachwood Escape was a true ESCAPE. Three generations traveled from MN tovisit family, hang out at the beach and just spend time together. The house was fully stocked with amenities and more! Family Vacation

A wonderful time was had by all. The location of the home is ideal for all ages. The park at the corner and Lake Michigan/Beach only a 5-minute walk. Owners were fantastic with communicating and answering quickly, kindly. Everyone slept in and said their beds were super comfy. Highly recommend. Hoping to make this a family vacation tradition as long as the home is available.

Great Week Spent at a Great Property

Our family of 5 spent a week here the first part of August and we absolutely loved everything, the house, the area, the property managers, couldn't have been better. If you're looking for a place to vacation in the Muskegon area, you definitely won't be disappointed. I challenge you to find a better spot for the price.
