ALL BEDROOMS ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR. Sofa bed and day bed are on the first floor.
Primary BR: 1 queen bed and 1 super comfy queen futon
BR 2: 1 king bed
BR 3: Queen bed with queen trundle
Living room: 1 full-sized sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and 1 daybed (sleeps 1)

The three bedrooms have been thoughtfully furnished for a wonderful night's sleep. High-quality linens, blackout curtains, and memory foam mattresses are just a few of the features that await you. A pack n play is here for your little one.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

With two full and a half bathrooms, getting ready for the day's adventures will be a breeze. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a shower. There is another full bathroom on the second floor with a bathtub. There is also a half bath off the kitchen/dining area.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you will need, even for young children. There is a spacious island where you can craft delicious meals together before gathering around the large dining table that can seat up to 10. Four additional stools are available for the ample counter space. Pull baby up to the table using the high chair.

☆☆ LOUNGE SPACES ☆☆

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the spacious living area with high ceilings and large windows. This has been thoughtfully designed for your entire group to gather and relax. Sink into the sofa, lounge on the daybed, and enjoy the serene views of the beautiful trees and the yard where deer and turkey visit frequently.

Bank core memories while playing ping pong or Pac man in the basement. When it’s warmer, enjoy soaking up the sun out on the deck and the outdoor seating area where you can get a glimpse of the sunrise everyday.

☆☆ KID-FRIENDLY ☆☆

Kid-friendly amenities such as dinnerware, a high chair, and a pack and play are available so you don’t need to bring your own. There are board games, books, and toys. A neighborhood park with basketball and tennis courts and a playground is only a 3-minute walk away. The kids are on vacation too after all!

☆☆ YOUR SAFETY MATTERS ☆☆
There is a Ring camera/doorbell at the exterior of the house that is motion activated and records audio and video. This may be used to verify occupancy/number of guests as well as security of the guests and the property. This will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

Please note:
- There are 3 steps leading up to the front door.
- There are carpeted stairs leading to the bedrooms on the second floor. Please take caution when going up and down to avoid accidents.

Other details to note:
~ Guests will have access to the entire space except 2 supply closets that are locked, one on each floor, and the area underneath the basement stairs which is sectioned off.

~ Getting to the beach through the neighborhood access requires navigating a few flights of stairs.

~ Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking.

~ Your max occupancy during your booking is what you submit in your booking. Additional guests must be approved.

SERVICE ANIMALS
~ Service & emotional support animals must be disclosed within 24 hours of booking.
Pet Fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals in which the animals are never left behind without the owner. Evidence that the animals were left behind will result in a pet fee of $150 being charged.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
We encourage our guests to have fun, but please be respectful of our sweet neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum at all times. We are surrounded by full time residents who appreciate their peace and quiet. There is a noise & smoke monitoring device both inside and outside that will detect if noise levels exceed those allowed by the city or cigarette / pot or vaping is present inside the house. These do not record audio, they simply detect decibel levels and cigarette or vaping smoke. We ask that you keep outdoor music family friendly and at appropriate levels as to not disrupt peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Everyone should be indoors by 10pm.

The basement is unfinished but has ample heat/air. It is set up as a game room for you to enjoy.

The property is not fully fenced so children must be watched when outside.
