“Not there very long. Wife not well and left for home.”

“The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. The staff was lovely and looked defeated. My heart goes out to them but I couldn't stay there with my immune compromised husband and children ”

“It was very run down place, dirty. I stayed for 4 days not once did they clean or bring clean towels, I wanted a refund but they do not give refunds”

“Big property. Lots of steep stairs to access common area and room. Maintenance needed especially on outside of house and grounds. Excellent breakfast. Beds are adequately comfortable.”

“We arrived and were able to check in early. The room was spacious and clean with a good view, as I expected. It's a little dated but still nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included in our package. Of note, parking in the parkade is expensive and not included (downtown). The hotel is in an ideal location right on the harbor in easy walking distance to many tourist spots and the Uptown neighborhood. We would stay here again.”

“Breakfast room smelled so badly that we wouldn't even eat in it. Same two staff on duty when we checked in the early evening and when we checked out the next morning. The facility was run down.”

“Cups missing, no decaf tea or coffee, 2d key not programmed. Instructions regarding driving to 6th level of parking lot were confusing. Parking lot is dingy, dirty, poorly lit. I accidentally parked on 3 to find shopping mall entrance instead of hotel on 6. Different banks of elevators -- main lobby staffed, mezzanine understaffed.”
