“Clean, no odor, great service”

“Beautiful hotel and couldn't recommend enough. Room was beautiful and the service was excellent across the board. This was the last night of our 2 week trip so we booked a room with a bath tub so we could relax, and also booked in a massage at the spa which was amazing. We ate at the restaurant too which was incredible - the starters in particular were a highlight.”

“We loved our visit at the rosewood! Rooms are beautifully upgraded and large. It felt opulent and grand there and staff were very helpful throughout. My only two small complaints are that the entire hotel is drenched in their signature scent. It’s very strong. And second, because the building itself is short and in the center of town, noise from the streets is inevitable. ”

“Checkin was a breeze. The room was pleasant, quiet, and comforatble. Had a full fridge, coffe/tea maker, and a kitchente. Large TV. Location is a five minute walk from the bus terminal. Buses for all over the city. Excellent place to stay if you are visiting the university (UBC) or any place nearby. ”
