“Nothing beats a beach house. The home is well maintained and clean. Perfect for our 2-couple group. Bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized. Kitchen is well appointed. Sitting/TV room on 2nd floor is very comfortable and a great spot to wind down in the evenings.Quiet and friendly little neighborhood. Dolphins and seals swim by every morning. Easy drive in to Ventura, Summerland and Santa Barbara”
