Sunkiss Villa is located in the area of Kastro (Fanari), close to the new port of Mykonos with view over the Aegean Sea from one side and over the airport from the other.

This wonderful villa of 260 sq.m. is split over 2 fantastic areas and features an infinity pool, a well maintained outdoor area as well as 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and it can host up to 10 guests in a very prestigious and luxurious property.
Approaching the villa, guests will find 2 areas, the first one leads onto the most attractive infinity pool with a nonpareil view of the Aegean Sea, the second area offers 2 Master Suites, one with a double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite facilities with a view over Mykonos airport, the other one has a double king size bed and 2 single beds.This fabulous suite is built entirely inside the rock, with wooden touches and light furniture giving the feeling of being part of a fairy tale. Not to mention the 360 degrees view that you can enjoy from each corner of this superb area, thanks to its floor to ceilings windows.

On the east side of the villa there is the living room furbished to the highest standards, with pieces of furniture from all around the world, all wrapped in light colors with little wooden touches that recall the traditional architecture of Mykonos.

The kitchen is equipped with latest appliances for guest in order to make fantastic homemade meals to consumed both indoor or al fresco on the outdoor terrace overlooking the breathtaking panorama.

Each bedroom is an absolute dream, well maintained warm and welcoming, the perfect place where to relax in peace away from the noise of the city center but at only few km from the nightlife of this marvelous Island.

The pool area also features a BBQ facilities and of course sitting and dining areas as well as sunbeds. Guests are allowed to use and a tennis court, a well-equipped GYM and an helipad all shared with other guests of the residence that hosts Sunkiss villa.

Rental rules:
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.Minimum stay 4 nights. From the 1st July to 24th August the minimum stay is 7 nights.
A security deposit of 1.500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
