The villa has two levels, both of them with amazing sea view. The spacious pool area boasts a comfortable shaded outdoor lounge with fantastic vistas over the bay and a big open-air dining area that is directly accessible from the kitchen.

Entrance Level - The living room is modern, warm and inviting. The large comfortable sofa and the signature furniture items compose a stylish ambiance. The well-equipped, functional, open space kitchen is located on the same floor with the open air dining area. At the same level there is a modern, atmospheric bathroom.

Mezzanine - a convertible sofa of the mezzanine can host an extra guest if needed.

Top Level - On the upper floor there are the three bedrooms of the villa. The master bedroom with an extra large bed and en-suite bathroom has an amazing sea view. On the same floor is the second bedroom with double-bed and the bedroom with two twin beds as well as the bathroom that these two bedrooms share.

An independent guestroom with a single bed is located close to the outdoor entrance of the villa.

From the garden level one can comfortably access the other house without having to leave the premises.

The interior of the house is developed in two floors. The upper floor has a stylish and comfortable living room with fireplace and a large, fully equipped kitchen with an open and functional dining area. A bathroom with shower is located on the same level.

On the lower floor are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is best described as a junior suite. The two other bedrooms have double beds and share a bathroom.
