Holiday life takes on an upscale, relaxed feel with the villa's ideal indoor-outdoor flow with stunning views from nearly every window! Step outside from the double doors that lead directly to the terrace and surrounding gardens, with the pool just a few meters away!

Well-furnished interiors comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across six bedrooms. The main living space of Villa Victoria is designed for guests' comfort. It encompasses a sitting room, dining room, and kitchen.

The kitchen adds a touch of colorful whimsy, but it is well-stocked for those who enjoy cooking during their holiday stay. Full-sized appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher (who wants to hand wash dishes on their holiday, after all?). There are also dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, etc.

The dining room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen, allowing for the flow of conversation between the chef, diners, and those seated in the living area.

Six well-appointed spacious bedrooms accommodate ten guests.
All of the linens are provided, as are towels for each guest. Four bedrooms have a queen bed in each. Two bedrooms have a single bed. Several queen-bed rooms have direct access to the terrace; one with terrace doors is just a few meters from the pool. All of the bedrooms have lovely views.

Enjoy alfresco dining in any of the covered areas - all with fantastic panoramic views! The outdoor areas offer several terraces extending from the villa and surrounding the pool. You can spend your day poolside while enjoying the view or, if you want to head to the sandy beach nearby, you will be there in minutes.

Additional amenities of this villa include a clothes washer, hangers, iron, and toilet paper. The home is air-conditioned and heated, and there is wifi. Private parking is available.

Villa Victoria is nestled in the area of Ftelia, approximately 15 minutes drive from Mykonos city center of Mykonos and 15 minutes from the airport. A few minutes away from the villa is the sandy Ftelia beach with crystal clear waters. It is typically less crowded (and less developed) than other island beaches. It is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a beach holiday. Don't forget to visit the well-known beach bar Alemagou!

If you'd like to explore other island beaches, we suggest:
Ornos (family-friendly beach and very busy resort-style beach)
Psarou (very trendy and often busy)
Paraga (small, very busy beach near Paradise Beach.)
Super Paradise (one of the most famous island beaches with the equally famous Super Paradise Beach Club. )
Platys Gialos (beautiful with clear water)

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€8 per night for apartments

€15 per night for villas

Please note:

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
