“We really enjoyed our stay at this family run ryokan. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent and had a very warm, home cooked meal vibe. Access to town was good and easy and skiing conditions were top notch!”
“Stayed here for a week with my friends, couldn’t have wished for anything more, Yu-San and his wife are a lovely couple, good breakfast every morning, very helpful with dinner tips and shuttle back and forth to town or different ski areas.

“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”
