“We stayed in room 317 which smelled like cigarettes from the smoking taking place below at the front door. The room was way overpriced at $240 for the night . The pull out couch was a very thin mattress on hard springs. There was no blanket. The pillow in the bag for this bed was stained with what looked to be blood. We took it down to the front desk after checking and we were told they could wash it, but had no replacement to give us The air vents are thick with dust, the bathroom had hair...

“The property was clean inside & out like our last stay. The price that we paid on this stay was excessive, but it could have been worse had Expedia not got involved (meaning we would NOT have stayed).”

“They have chosen not to provide coffee makers in the room making it necessary to get dressed and go to the lobby if I want an early morning cup.”

“It's not comfortable. The room smelled bad. It's hard to sleep when you can hear everything, the people nextdoor, the people upstairs, the people in the hallway, the staff slamming doors in the morning and yelling to one another. I would recommend staying anywhere else.”

Lobby and pool were the only nice things we saw! In the hallways to our room we found containers catching water from leaks! In the room the bed covers had stains on them! Hotellet var helt ok som låg på ett handelsplats område i utkanten av Austin. Uppskattat var också baren Torges som fanns i samma byggnad som hade bra mat till bra priser.”
