Summer Place är den perfekta semesterorten för husdjur älskare som hundar är tillåtna i båda våra Summer Place condos! En uppbyggd byggnad erbjuder Summer Place gästerna fantastisk utsikt, direkt tillgång till stranden, en stor pool vid havet och ett grillområde.
Summer Place B6 har ett fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, och erbjuder gäster gott om sittplatser i vardagsrummet vid havet. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng medan gästrummet har två tvillingar. För ytterligare sovande arrangemang har vardagsrummet en bäddsoffa.

Summer Place ligger i Cherry Grove avsnittet i North Myrtle Beach, som bara namngav # 1 stranden i SC för 2018!

Great place to enjoy the 4th!

The unit was even better than described. Great ocean front view and very easy to access the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. It was a great place to enjoy July 4th. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the balcony because they are set off from the Cherry Grove Pier just down the beach from the unit. Very conveniently located as everything is just a short drive away. It’s a great place to escape the craziness of Myrtle but still close enough to drive to enjoy the shopping, food, and shows. Great place if you are planning on traveling with your pet.

Great Little Spot

Listing is not accurate

The property we stayed at was not this unit listed. The door and view of the balcony were much different. The balcony we got had an AC unit that took up almost half of the balcony and was so loud you couldn’t hear the ocean over it. It was very disappointing as we rented a beachfront property so we could sit outside but that is not really an option at this unit. The pictures show a different balcony than the one at the unit. When we checked in the carpets stunk of pet Oder mixed with strong cleaning chemicals. The smell did not go away for our entire stay. The carpets were also very stained and the unit was not very clean upon arrival.

Cute little place that needs a lot of work...

We are regulars in the North Myrtle area and like to try new places. This was our first stay at this location and it was very disappointing. First the positives: The location is great and the building is in good shape. Unfortunately, the list of negatives is far longer. Their was a laundry list of broken and damaged items including a front storm door that doesn't close and a water leak in the bathroom. The condo was extremely dirty and the carpet was so stained it almost looked like a design. The smell was difficult to overcome as well. There was a strong ammonia odor that we assume came from cats? dirty pots and pans, broken bathroom fan, etc... It is a real shame that the place was in such rough shape since it is a cute layout in a great location. Hopefully this review helps someone.

Alarm House

Fire alarm went off 10 times in a 3 month period. Fire Department had to come each time. Parking was a challenge at times. vendors would take up parking spots instead of parking in the overflow area. Condo needs new carpet. No silverware so I went to Walmart and bought cheap set which I left.Pots and pans disgusting. I was told I would have to climb a few steps. 39 steps to B6. But the view was amazing!

A Summer Place, SC

Booking online was quick and easy. Checking in, we used the lockbox at the North Myrtle Beach office location and once we got our GPS to accept the address, the rest of the process was simple. Our condo was just as advertised online with the exception of the lack of cooking utensils (i.e. pots and pans, a covered frying pan, large cooking spoons, tongs) the need for a new can opener, and finally, there weren't any welcome toiletries (no toilet paper and no roll of paper towels). The location was outstanding!

Wonderful condo

This condo was great for a family of four and dog. The pictures don't do it justice. Furniture, TV and kitchen flooring has been updated. The condo was very clean for a condo that allows dogs. The condo building and pool were well kept. We cooked every night in the kitchen. The linens and towels were left in plastic wrap on the beds. For the price this was a wonderful condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The beachfront location of the property is perfect. Small improvements like a keyless entry, and soap (in the bathrooms plus kitchen) would make this place ideal.

We had fun.

There were a few things needing repair, but none of them impacted our stay. We looked for a place that allowed dogs. Location and condo were fine. Had crack in stove top, latch loose on front door, spots on carpet (expected with pet property), shelf down in medicine cabinet, Big blinds on patio door need replacing. Otherwise fine. None of these were a problem.

Great location BUT condo needs cleaning up and a new kitchen remodel

We have gone to several rentals over the last 30 years of our marriage. We were satisfied with the condo, but it needs work. There were pros and cons to this condo. Pros 1. Great location, right on the beach 2. Pool was nice 3. Pet-friendly 4. The linens and towels were nicely packaged and were provided. 5. Two bathrooms. Hubby and I had one each. 6. The living room had updated furniture. Not what was shown online. 7. The TVs were updated and not what was shown online. Cons 1. The stove was cracked. The kitchen just wasn’t very clean. The side of the fridge was so dirty. 2. The hood for the stove was terrible and needs to be replaced. It’s broken and the hood light didn’t work. 3. The kitchen drawers and some cabinets didn’t look clean or organized. 4. The bathroom cabinets were filled with things, and should of been empty so it can be used. 5. The washer/dryer closet looked so dirty and the light was not working in there. Could not see while doing laundry. 6. The queen bedroom had a dirty closet. 7. A lamp in the living room was not working. 8. No barrier on the balcony, so it was dangerous for our small dogs to go out there without a leash. There were other balconies in the building that had barriers up. 9. When we had to put on our own linens on the queen bed, the mattress cover was DIRTY and had dog hair. 10. Since the condos don’t allow smoking any where. There were cigarette butts all over the front of the building. It was very messy and unkempt. 11. The pictures need to be updated on the site. We were happy to be able to get away for a few days. But unfortunately this condo was not to our liking. I usually cook more, but the kitchen was not nice, and not enough counter space to really do anything. If you are looking to just be close to the beach and need a place to sleep, this place was priced fairly.

My Relaxation

💕 loved loved love d the rental. It was so nice and neat and exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be renting again for this property. The only thing that I have to say a little negative about the place was that there was no vacuum cleaner and someone had a long-haired dog and the hair was everywhere. But I called and talked to an agent and they had a new vacuum cleaner sent right over. The rental was nice and the people I dealt with were very kind and considerate. Enjoyed my time of relaxation because boy I needed it.
