The all-new (2023) interior is fully outfitted with all the modern fixtures, furnishings, and appliances for complete carefree comfort. The screened patio will be calling you for morning coffee or five o' clock cocktails. A comfortable sofa and a smart TV are ready to welcome you for some casual downtime in the living room. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and handy countertop accessories make it easy to prepare all your favorite dishes. Meals or board game nights can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Great house!

Enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach and the location was great for Broadway at the beach and getting to the boardwalk and the beach! We were here for a basketball tournament, but everything was so close we did so much more!

Filthy

My husband and I rented this property for a week. This property was filthy and the furnishings were very uncomfortable. The cleaning company for this property needs to be fired. It was very apparent that the beds were only remade and the linens were never changed. There were stains on yhe comforter. I had to was the linens. All The walls of the entire property were covered in fingerprints and dirt. The sofa was so stained and we had to wash a blanket (a dirty one off a bed) and cover the sofa just be able to sit on it. And the sofa was properly the hardest thing we had ever sat on. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable. We tried both the king and queen sized beds. We did filed a complaint upon arrival but by the time we were contacted about someone coming to fix the issues ( which shouldn't have been there in the first place), we had already cleaned the vast majority of it ourselves. I would not recommend this place or any place that is cleaned by Vacasa. Its clear they do not have any standards. And I for a fact the owners of this property are not involved or informed of theses issues.
