5933 small and moldy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental is listed as a five person max rental however with three adults and two children ages six and nine the rental was entirely too smalll. there is nowhere to put your luggage but back in your vehicle after you unpack. Both bathrooms ceilings were covered in mold. There were constantly bugs in the house. The living room couch was worn out and so was the master bedroom mattress. The porch was nice to enjoy if it wasn’t raining. The house was in a good location.

A wonderful April vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Lakewood Camping resort because by kids and grandkids were camping there for the week, in a camper. I rented the little house because I feel too old for camping. The house was perfect, everything looked brand new, it was immaculate. I thought the grandkids would be disappointed because the water slides, water park and lazy river were closed most of the time, but they had fun on the beach each day. The office staff was very helpful and very friendly. The free bikes were an unexpected bonus. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. The overall feel of the place was very family oriented and laid back. Quiet at night.

Great week in Myrtle

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the camp ground so that's a given always a great experience especially with two little kids. Only things slightlllyy disappointing was the shower was broken in the bigger bathroom but LCR was very responsive in attempting to fix unfortunately they were unable to during our stay. THANK gosh there are two bathrooms in this unit and we were still able to use the tub in that bathroom for the kids. Most importantly though was the AC. It worked fab with the exception if you closed the bedroom doors at night there is zero airflow from the main living space. There are no vents either just the gap under the sliding doors which resulted in the bedrooms drastically warming up. We combatted this with buying our own fan (Which LCR said if I had let them know the would have supplied a fan I should have know better given their excellent customer service) and slept with all bedroom doors open. Not a vacation crusher just when wanting to put the toddler to sleep early meant we all had to quite down at 8pm or go outside. Of course it was an extremely beautiful and HOTT week so this may not be an issue during other times of the year. I also didn't spend any time figuring out how to exchange towels - It was not listed in any of the paper work what to do if new or fresh linens would be needed and I just figured that was not an option. Not sure if it is or not to exchange towels during stay or if I would need to launder myself. I had plenty of bed linens and that was great we used some beach towels towards the end of the week. GOOD reviews are more important though the unit was SO precious, great cleanliness clearly it was new. The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance/gadget you could need while vacationing. It was WAY to hot to enjoy the deck in the sun for our trip and a bigger awning or umbrella would have been great but was very nice in the evening time after the sun dropped a bit. The beds were great and my family just loved it. DEFINETLY

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here, it had a great sitting area on deck, we sat outside and ate supper on it almost every night. For a smaller villa it had a good size closet for your clothes and storage space for the time you’re there. The bathroom were good size too compared to other villas I’ve stayed in. I really liked it has a shower in one bathroom and a tub/shower in the other. It is a new unit so everything is still new and great condition so that was a plus too. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil or cookware you need and the stove is great to cook on if you’re cooking during your stay. It is smaller then the past ones I’ve rented but the layout makes it seem good size, and was perfect for us. Overall it’s five stars rated for our family, it was a blessing to stay here.

The only thing we would say negative about it was the beds were hard as rocks but it is brand new and we were only the second family to use it..we would stay in this rental again for sure.
