*1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Only 1 pet up to 30lbs allowed with pet fee.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with magnetic fob key and bracelets. Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather. There is a $100 charge for lost or broken fob and $50 for bracelet. (4 bracelets provided)

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Only 1 pet up to 30lb allowed with pet fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
