Beautiful property with excellent restaurants for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. Enjoyed the oceanfront views, amenities, and ambiance. We were a couple celebrating a birthday and an anniversary with no kids. I was worried about this but we had a very quiet and romantic vacation!! The condo was immaculate and the views were stunning. Highly recommended resort!

Truthfully, my husband and I love Dunes Village - we make it a priority to stay here every time we come down. It’s convenient, clean, and fun too! The pools inside and out make it a one stop shop if you don’t want to swim in the ocean. The hot tubs are fabulous. There’s even a restaurant in the hotel if you don’t want to go anywhere. The front desk called us several times throughout our stay to check in and see how things were going and if we needed anything. We ended up renting a car this time around and parking was safe, secure and easy in their parking garages. — basically, can’t wait to be back next year!

I used to stay at the Dunes when I was a child. The last time I stayed there was in April 99. The property has made many great improvements since then. As an adult now, I enjoyed how big the rooms were, the location of the hotel and the how beautiful the beach is. I would and have recommended this place to others. I plan to return next year and moving forward will more than likely make this an annual trip.

Didn't like that housekeeping didn't change the sheets on either bed. Other than that the stay was awesome.

Hallways were always littered with towels and face cloths. Carpets were very soiled. Elevators were very dirty. The grounds around the pools were kept very neat and manicured. The beach also was very clean. Staff was very nice housekeeping up in the rooms. Just need to be improved. The beds were extremely hard, but we didn’t spend much time but sleeping each night. Beds are hard as a rock. We even switched rooms after the first night and the room we went to also suffered the same hard beds and very dated furniture

This property was right in the middle of it all. We had a beautiful view from our room of the beach and the pools. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor water parks. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to bringing the rest of my family next time.

Amenities were great for kids, room was big to accommodate our 5 person family and direct access to the beach was fabulous! However the room and property were absolutely filthy. I’ve never been in a dirtier hotel room. The pull out coach blanket had crusty spots and dirt and hair on it. There was actually a cockroach in our kitchen one morning! There weren’t enough towels for all guests in our room and it would be nice if the kitchen had at least one roll of paper towels or napkins

Booked a weekend stay with my 7yr old daughter. She had an amazing time, loves all the water options from pools to lazy River to water slides. Also easy access to the beach. Oceanfront balcony was amazing!

It was presented a little more as a resort than what it was. Great for people with kids from 4-13. Water park on ground floor of hotel. LOTS of kids/ people using water park. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation check other places without a water park :)

Older property needs updating. Website pictures do not accurately reflect facilities. Kids in pool being very loud until late in the night & running up & down breezeways. Otherwise stay was fine. Great view of the beach & great location. Staff was friendly & helpful.

We had to have reapirs done to our bathtub because watering was spraying out of the tub faucet onto the floor. On our last day, Inwas informed that the lady that checked me in did not charge my card for gotel fees and I needed to go the the front desk. My problme was the attitude of the lady that told me anout this issue. She spoke to me like I was incompetent. She made the statement, you have to wwipe your card like you do at the grocery store, she said it real slow. I told her I was not informed that I had to swipe my card, I gave it to the lady that checked me in. It was just bad business. I received a receipt with a zero balance thinking I paid my money. I dont think I will stay at Dunes Villagw again.

The room was a very nice size, but the overall building was aged. The room looked worn, tears in furniture, the beds were horrible and lastly we found roaches. We never used the indoor pools because they were overcrowded. The property is shared between two buildings and we had to walk across the street to utilize the fitness center. Location was convenient to ocean though. We would not recommend nor will we return.

The property had a lot of amenities to do during cold or rainy times. However, the pools on the inside seem to be cloudy. As if it was not treated on a regular basis with chlorine or pool cleaning products. The hot tubs never seem to be treated with those issues. It made it hard to enjoy the inside pools or swim park. The rooms were nice and spacious but it does need to be updated. If these things are done, it will validate the price of the hotel per day.

We didn’t have WiFi in our room, couldn’t watch tv at night, which was fine for me but my 10 year old daughter not very happy. We could be hear the people jumping around all night. They did offer to move us to another room but it was 10pm and my daughter was too tired to move
