*on the 3rd floor (must climb stairs)

*with 2 queen beds, pullout sofa in the living room.

*Can accommodate 6 guests

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with white access card. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken parking tag.
