This property was beautiful, but there were some electrical issues inside and outside the home that need to be addressed. Everything you need is in the home, all you need to bring is your personal items and food. The view is amazing! The hot tub did NOT work, there are issues with the wiring. I would definitely NOT pay to have the hot tub OR pool heated, you are paying enough to rent the property and it should be included. The dryer didn't work, but someone came to fix it on the 2nd day after we called. No one else showed up about the other issues we called about, but I made sure to notify and send pics so those other items are addressed. Not sure if anyone else had reported or not?Use caution on the deck as the wood for the gate was rotten and it fell off as soon as we got there and opened it. Again, it is beautiful and I would rent it again. The cleaning service leaves a little to be desired. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you would possibly need for cooking!

Beautiful and Comfy Home

We had an excellent stay! Six adults, two teens, five nights. The house is amazing and we didn’t even take advantage of everything it has to offer. It was only in the low 70’s for highs when we were there, but the pool heat was still warm enough for the kids to swim! The living room was super comfy to play the plentiful game collection, watch TV, or read by the bay window with the waves in the background!Great location, the water was SO close, amazing views! Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Myrtle BeachManagement was very responsive on a couple minor issues. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Myrtle Beach!

We loved the home and beach. The lower level bunk room seemed ‘wet’ or mildewed. The game room was too hot for the adults to use. Repair of front door handle was prompt. The pool was great. Master bedroom was amazing. The master bath was used by all of the women. It was huge. We rented beach umbrellas and chairs from Huggins beach service who services that beach. The ice maker was great for our group. The living room had seating for kids on one side and adults on the other. Beach views amazing.

Fantastic view!

Great property for family vacation. We had a good bit of rain, but we were never without things to do indoors due to the many games and pool room. When we were outside, we enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, and we were just a stone’s throw from the ocean- perfect for when our little ones needed a short break. We ate in most of our meals, and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools and appliances. We utilized the second fridge too! And I must mention the wonderful view of the ocean from the huge picture window in the living room! Fabulous!!!

Summer 2024

House was lovely
the only thing I would change would be an umbrella for the table and chairs so you can have a shaded meal outside and to ask that the lawn care business that manages the grounds uses their equipment at reasonable hours.. the last day we were there they were actually using the leaf blowers and lawn mowers at 7 am
It’s also unfortunate that to use the hot tub you have to pay $60 a day
generally this is not a cost that most houses charge. Otherwise if you love the beach the view is amazing and the deck furniture is great! Would definitely recommend to others!

Great House

This house was very nice in the way it was laid out. Everyone had their privacy. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Great beach access. The only problem we had was that the grill would not light. Had gas coming to it. We like not having to eat out every night so this was a disappointment.

Week of October 21st at Picture Perfect

We enjoyed our week at this house and would rent it again. So many things to do right at the house....beach, pool, Can Jam, Cornhole, Large Connect 4, Spike Ball, putting green, pool table, foosball, and arcade game, etc. Luxury rentals team was great also. We had a couple issues. Their response time was excellent and continued to follow up on the issue to be sure we were completely satisfied. The people we worked with were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Thank you for a Great week!!

Fall Family Getaway

We stayed at the property for two weeks in the fall with family (wife and I, mother-in-law, teenage son and his friend). This home was fantastic with amazing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach via the deck directly from the house. Home was perfect for us and included living areas to spend time together as well as separate spaces including a game room. The ‘office’ area was a huge bonus for me to get work done while enjoying two weeks from reality. The management company also did their best to accommodate a last minute issue when we had to get a flat tire fixed on morning of checkout. Overall experience with this home was great and hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to come back.
