De Havens är premium bostäder för semester i Barefoot Resort community och är oöverträffad på South Carolina kusten. Havens enhet 1122 är en 3 sovrum / 2 bad lyxig condosuite som rymmer upp till 8 personer.

Vistas i Havens samhället är en dröm som går i uppfyllelse för de flesta golfare. Condo enhet 1122 har en skärmad i veranda med utsikt över # 10 hålet på Norman Course och en vacker utsikt över Intracoastal vattenvägar. Det fullt utrustade k��ket finns en diskmaskin och andra full storlek moderna apparater. Denna vackra lägenhet har nymålade för 2016 säsongen och har nya bambu golv i vardagsrummet och den område. Det finns en bekväm matsal för att njuta av dina måltider eller du kan gå till en av de många restaurangerna i närheten för en god måltid. Det stora sovrummet har en king swing säng och 2: a sovrummet har en drottning. Den 3: e rum har en dagbädd med nya golv. Det finns platt-TV i hela och har gratis Wi-Fi. Befälhavaren badrummet finns också en jacuzzi. Det finns gott om plats att sprida ut, precis som hemma.



Havnen har en pool i samhället och du har också tillgång till den stora joniserade poolen i området. Det finns gratis shuttles under högsäsong som körs var 30: e minut som kommer att ta dig och dina gäster till stranden också.



Utöver den vackra, ljusa luftiga inredningen är tillgång till fyra mästerskapsbanor, klubbhus, spa och pro shop. Barefoot Landing ligger tvärs över Intracoastal vattenvägar och är perfekt för shopping, underhållning, restauranger och mer. Bara en mil från områdets vackra stränder. Tanger Outlets och Broadway på Beach är också nära nog att njuta av.

Great experience!

While driving to N.Myrtle Beach I was delayed in traffic and was worried about being able to get into my rental unit. I called the property manager and she put me at ease by explaining how I could pick up my entry code to my unit, she assured me that if there were any issues I could call an after hours number for assistance. When I arrived late, everything was just as she explained on the phone, and we had no problem getting into our condo. The condo was impeccably clean, and was just as described, our family of four, weee comfortable and impressed with the cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations. The saltwater pool was clean and and in great condition. I highly recommend staying at Barefoot resort!

A comfortable Family Vacation

We loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The website listing was very reflective of the property. We had 3 adults and two children and we had more than enough room. There’s also a pullout couch. This unit could easily hold 8-10. The place looked clean when we walked in. It was like walking into a nice hotel. The wood floor was shiny and spot free. I have OCD so I usually do my cleaning anywhere I go and I have to say they cleaning crew did a good job. Only the kitchen floor had a little dirt on it but nothing too crazy. There was a washer and dryer that worked. Really nice. They also had linen on all of the beds (in case you forget yours) and they also had more than enough hotel grade towels and rags. They were very fluffy. The check in/out process was simple. The neighborhood is resort style and I’d very low key. The pool was nice as well and this unit is only a 3 minute walk away (couple blocks away). They have cable on each tv as well. Overall this was a great unit and we would definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing Week

We enjoyed our week at the Havens, and we were pleased that it was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with implements to prepare meals, but we chose to eat out. The condo is situated in a quiet, nicely landscaped area close to golfing, but too far from the beach to walk. Perhaps the kitchen, living room could use some updating but the condo was very reasonably priced and dog friendly.

Last minute find

We had a great stay! Our normal vacation home was canceled due to a hurricane and this was a last minute find. The house was clean, well stocked and provided a great place to relax! We were sad that the pool was not open due to Covid, but these are crazy times.

Nice place

This property is in the Havens neighborhood in Barefoot Resort. It is situated on a golf course beside the Intercoastal Waterway. The view, however, Is not as shown in the picture. That picture must have been taken several years ago as the trees and bushes have grown considerably, blocking at least 95% of the view. We chose this property partly based on the view as pictured and were very disappointed we could not watch the boats traveling the waterway. The property itself is very nice, as seen in the pictures, clean and has a well equipped kitchen. It would have been helpful to have access to the garage to store bikes, beach equipment, etc. There is a shuttle to the beach which is 3.4 miles (about 10 minutes) away. We spent most days at the pool which is nice but could use some more tables with umbrellas. Overall, very nice, pet friendly property.

Our family had a great time. House was very clean. Only downfall of the house was the distance to the beach and to the big north tower pool. And it would be nice to be a little closer to the main road. But overall we would stay again.

Fall get away at the beach

Beautiful condo ! Decorated so tastefully with a real comfortable feel. Well maintained and very clean. Three adults and one happy dog had a wonderful time. Great location in North Myrtle, Barefoot Landing is always a winner!
