Relaxing 2BR Unit with Pool View

Welcome to your tranquil retreat! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a serene escape with a breathtaking balcony view of a picturesque pond. Recently updated with pristine carpets, immaculate floors, and newly purchased furniture, this third-floor suite provides a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the inviting pool. Embrace a worry-free stay where relaxation and recreation seamlessly intertwine.

You are allowed to bring up to 2 dogs with prior approval. (Must be up tp 30 lbs , dog fee $25 per dog, per night. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. ONLY DOGS are allowed. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions). No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip. We would just like to make sure that upon you using the condo, you would not let your dogs on the furniture or beds. If leaving the dogs alone in the suite, please make sure to put your dog in a crate.

Additionally, you will receive an MB State Park pass for your vehicle, which must be returned upon check-out. Failure to return or loss of the pass will result in an additional $100 charge. A small blue pool fob, attached to a lanyard, will also be provided. Any loss, theft, or failure to return the fob upon check-out will incur an additional $100 fee.
Moreover, the condo will be equipped with sheets for each bed, 5 sets of towels, trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and a sponge. However, beach items such as towels, sand toys, chairs, or umbrellas are not included, though you are welcome to bring your own or rent them from the beach lifeguard.

Please note that there will be no daily cleaning or towel exchange, although these services can be arranged at an additional fee.

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.
