Fresh, clean and comfortable, our oceanfront condo has been completely renovated. Our condo is located at Beach Cove Resort, a North Myrtle Beach resort known for its tropical pool area and tiki bar. Every condo at Beach Cove is oceanfront, but none have been updated as much as this one. I own 5 condos at this resort and this has been my most elaborate remodel. I have been renting my condos here since 2012 and have asked for guests for feedback for 14 years. I've listened carefully to my guests and I think/hope this condo will impress you! I care about my guests and I think this condo will offer a great vacation experience.

This area of North Myrtle Beach is called the Windy Hill area. North Myrtle Beach is known for having wide, sandy beaches that aren't as crowded, great shopping, amazing restaurants (both casual and upscale), outlet shopping and mini-golf/golfing. It's a safe, nice area that's excellent for families, seniors, small children, honeymooners and anyone wanting/needing a refreshing getaway. Barefoot Landing (shopping, entertainment, restaurants) is about 1/2 mile away and I highly recommend it.

My condo is on the 8th floor of the A Tower. I like the height of the condo because it's not so high that it's scary to be on the balcony, but it's high enough to see out over the palm trees and see the boats, occasional dolphins and beach. The building is V-shaped so it's not windy on the balcony. There are 4 chairs on the balcony- you can sit in the corner of the balcony and be hidden (I like to drink coffee out there in my robe and no one sees me!) The condo overlooks the ocean, but also the pool area. The resort has 3 outdoor hot tubs, a lazy river, shallow children's pool, huge main pool (heated year round!), fountains and side pool. There's also an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and racquetball court. For dining, there's a tiki pool bar/grill. Please note that private rental guests are not allowed to use the arcade or go in the Town Center restaurant. The pool area is the place to be. The mood is festive, fun and upbeat. You can relax and refresh your spirit here. You can expect great poolside drinks, fun music and cheerful people around. If the beach is more your style, you can't get any closer than oceanfront. You just take the elevator down to the beach level and walk past the pools into the sand. We have 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and (sometimes) boogie boards waiting for you in the condo. If you are bringing small children, we also have a Graco pack n play, toys/books/games and sand toys. We have children so we understand that you have a lot to bring with you already.

I know what guests want in a vacation experience. You want something (1) clean (2) comfortable (3) well-stocked with essentials (4) convenient. You want free (good) wifi, convenient parking, comfortable beds, and a responsive owner if you have questions.

The condo itself is extremely clean with new tile flooring throughout, new furniture, new beds, new cabinets, new everything. I stock the condo with items I think you might need including:
Kitchen essentials: Flatware, bowls/plates for 8, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, ice cream scoop, wine opener, can opener, potato peeler, stirrers, flippers, can opener, salad stirrers, dish soap, dish towels, soup ladles and more.
Kitchen appliances: 2-burner stovetop, refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, microwave, 12-cup coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, tea kettle.
Kitchen cooking: pots/pans, salt/pepper, oil, tea, sugar, tea
Kitchen extras: ziplock bags, wax paper, plastic wrap, foil, batteries, light bulbs
Bedding/bath: Bath towels, bed sheets, Charmin toilet paper, Bounty paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, children's body wash/shampoo, ziplock bags.
TV/Technology: 2 new smart TV's (Netflix-ready), blu-ray DVD player, free strong wifi.
Laundry supplies: Our condo does not have a washer/dryer (if they were allowed, I would have one there for you), but the resort has a coin-operated laundry room. You bring the quarters and I'll supply the laundry basket, detergent, dryer sheets and laundry spray.
Extra guests: The sofa is a queen sleeper. I have bedding for it in the closet.
Misc Extras: Fan, pillow topper mattress pad (really comfortable!)

There are 2 steps in the condo between the hallway and the sunken living room/kitchen. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues and are deciding whether the condo will work for you.

Please note: Beginning in 2026, guests cannot bring motorcycles or trailers. If you see my condo advertised on Craigslist, it is fraudulent (we do not advertise there but scammers list our condo sometimes!)
