“I have traveled quite a bit. Stayed in local hotels/motels and others across the state. While this particular Coastal Inn & Suites is a renovated older Super 8, the staff make up for any of her "scars." The manager, David, amazing personality and very kind and respectful. The staff really do go above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and comfort. After getting in housekeeping for over 7yrs total, I tend to immediately check things others wouldn't think of. “Vi booked a room through Hotels for five adults and came to the hotel late night - we got a small room with two queen beds but nowhere for the fifth person to sleep. Asked for an extrabed but they were out of those. They said we could book another room for one person instead. I think if you are able to book for 5 adults at your hotel then you should be able to supply a bed for the amont of people booked.”

“Do not stay at this hotel. It is substandard, dark, and ugly. No ceiling light in the bathroom. Phone does not work. AC is loud and inadequate. Bed is uncomfortable. The place is noisy. This was my worst lodging experience ever! I checked out after one night, and they are trying to bill me for 3 additional nights. This place is a rip-off!”
