We hated our stay at this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel each spring pockets on our body. Food was okay-ish but the wait and service were bad. The plates were not cleaned had food stuck from previous day, it was disgusting. Room service was super slow takes multiple request to even get some drinking water. We ordered one in room dining, they just served the food without cutleries, took another 30 minutes and multiple calls to get them. It had a kids play area but most of the toys were broken and not in use for some time.

Regarding the in-room dining experience, we understand the frustration caused by the lack of cutlery and the subsequent delay. The matter of the broken toys in the kids play area has already been escalated to the concerned team. We agree, that's not fair to our little guests and promise a swift rectification. Price gouging during the holidays
JP Palace is on a busy road. The night we stayed was extremely over priced. We did think it would be good enough at a much lower price, but for $267/21000 INR it was price gouging for the old fashioned decor. We expected to pay a bit more or that for that price it would be really nice, but this was far higher than it should be. They also play music in the corridor outside the rooms so it was noisy. The front desk staff were nice but were unhelpful in connecting with the wifi.

Great hardware and poor software
Good property close to the Mysore palace. Clean rooms. Good breakfast spread. Very good food. But slow service at the restaurant. Service staff moving around and have to really work hard to attract their attention. And front office staff not exactly the epitome of friendly service. They do their job. That’s about it.

1. Wake up call was not done 2. Valet parking was a mess inspite of clear instruction. 3. AC didnt work in the night and the technician was 45 mins late. We were checking out the day and had 6 AM safari which was 1.5 hrs away so were sleepless from 0145 A.M to 1500 hrs and not to mention we were travelling with a 2 year old.

The stay was average. The food I ordered was not that great. The service is also average. The faucets in the washroom were worn off and also water pressure in the shower was not adequate. Water was also very hard.

Loved the rooms, they are spacious and well fitted. The housekeeping staff was also very good. The front office wasn't manned adequately, and that caused delays both during check in and check out. The service staff in the morning breakfast buffet was also inadequate. Overall a great property due to the quality of the rooms and the location. It's situated about a km from the bus stand and 2kms from the Palace, and next to the road coming in from Bangalore. Hence it's in an ideal location in Mysore if you have your own vehicle to go around town. If you don't have your own vehicle, you do have the option of auto rickshaws available in plenty due to the adjoining LPG filling station. I stayed two nights at this property from March 20-23, 2023. Very nice clean room spacious with all required bells and whistles. The staff at the reception and at the hotel entrance were welcoming and pleasant. Mr. Adanan checked us in with giving the details including Wi-Fi password, breakfast timings and restaurant timing Etc., with a hint if you need anything please let us know and wishing us a pleasant stay. Mr. Anant and his team at the restaurant were very professional and knowledgeable and trying to make the guests happy. We ordered ala carte lunch all the items were delicious. If I don’t mention about their complimentary buffet breakfast I will be not doing justice to my review because it was extensive and excellent. This review absolutely based on our experience of those two days stay. If happen to visit Mysore again I will not search for other hotel and stay there . I already recommend it to my cousin who is visiting Mysore end of this month- please keep up good work🙏

Food was delicious, service in dinning room was excellent, room was clean but shower did not have safety grab bar for support and anti-slip bath mat.

The pool is really small and hotel staff needs to check if people are wearing the correct attire or not ….Staff in the restaurant was really friendly specially Zana was extremely helpful when we arrived to the hotel

We stayed as family for 2 nights 3 days, It was pleasant stay . zoo, palace within few km distance. Restaurant, room service, swimming pool was very good. Breakfast was crowded since it was weekend.
