Strandhotell i Mystic - New London

“The only thing that concerned us was the door in the back parking lot was unlocked (people could come in without being a guest at the hotel.) The A/C was questionable, but worked after a bit. This is our second time at the hotel and we'll be back again!”

“Excellent and clean ”

“We were very happy with the staff, the breakfast was delicious. The pontoon boat ride was great. We all in all just had a really great overnight.”

“Very dirty place. It looks ok but was filthy. We got to choose from two rooms, and at first glance it looked ok. Very dirty floors, hairs from previous guests shaving around faucet, dirty shower curtain, my child itched all night and I hope it was not bed bugs- we slept with the light on rest of the stay… Dirty kitchen table and fridge, steep stairs and no elevator. Insects stuck in bathroom ceiling, very loud AC, lots of trash outside the door, the office was in such a mess etc.”

“Very nice place to stay. For Supper we walked to Gino's...they have everything plus Pizza. You could also walk to Mystic Diner. This Hotel also had a very good Breakfast.”
