Bucks Head - A romantic forest getaway at Stag Leap Cabins!

Bucks Head is a secluded, PET-FRIENDLY cabin tucked away in the woods of East Texas. This open-concept cottage includes a king bed, a loveseat, and a comfortable occasional chair for watching your favorite streaming app on TV. An electric fireplace provides the perfect romantic ambience year-round and additional warmth in the winter.

The kitchenette includes a coffee bar and provides all the necessary supplies for preparing meals and snacks. It is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, efficiency-sized stove/oven, and a refrigerator/freezer.

French doors lead from the kitchen to a private, covered deck with a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

A window seat allows one to relax and enjoy a captivating woodsy view or could serve as additional bedding for a younger child (not recommended for an adult or older child).

The bathroom has a unique palladium window by the Jacuzzi tub so guests can soak and relax while enjoying a view of tall hickory and oak trees. A shower is also provided.

The cabin is kept comfortable with a thermostatically controlled wall unit. In addition, an electric fireplace, a ceiling fan, and a portable fan are available.

***IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT OUR PROPERTY***

The hot tub, laundry room, and activity field are shared amenities. The hot tub is a fairly close walk from this cabin, but as noted above, this cabin has an indoor jacuzzi tub. The hot tub may be reserved for an hour of private use; however, you do not have to reserve it to use it. All other amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We have a NO SMOKING/VAPING policy. Smoking is only allowed outside the cabin, away from open doors and windows. Extra fees will be charged if we determine smoking has occurred inside the cabin.
