âThe hotel is conveniently located only some metres away from the heart of the old town, yet in a very quiet area, and with good parking space nearby, which can be hard to find in Nafplio otherwise.
The double room with balcony has great views over the sea and Bourtzi, and is spacious - for Nafplio standards.

âWe enjoyed our stay at Espero. We watched a wedding in the square out front, as well as the horsedrawn carriage and tour train. The room was very nice. It was NOT, however, soundproof. It was a trade-off for being on the front on the square. We enjoyed our little balcony. I did use earplugs and had on my white noise, but it was still Saturday night, and not quiet. The breakfast was at the restaurant next door and was wonderful!â

âthis was the most relaxing 4 days of our 40 year marriage. we relaxes, took day trips to explore local ruins, fishing villages and Nafplio. the staff were well informed and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and fresh made on the spot. And the afternoon "snacks" easily became our evening meals, delivered to our patio.
