âWe wanted to experience staying at a real Rajasthani haveli and Khatu Haveli worked pretty well for us. It is a old haveli built in 1860s, has multiple courtyards, very quiet despite the usual street noise outside the compound. The room comfort was good: very clean, with AC, free water bottle per day, kettle, shower with good hot water. The TV in the room has some English channels: 1 movie channel, 2 nature doc channels, and apparently some news channels (which we didn't watch). The food...

âFrom the moment we drove into the property it was obvious we found some where special.
The check-in area is hand painted and beautiful - for a giggle you can find a painting with a tiger biting a bum.
Room was unbelievably spacious with a sit out and balcony - both were fantastic for nights after running around Jaipur. Bed was very comfortable as well.
Restaurant was excellent - so much food and so good. So good. We wound up eating at hotel every night. Breakfast was also wonderful....

âThe rooms were great. Cleanliness was maintained properly. The staff was very friendly and assisted us in all possible ways to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant had good food options and the dishes were delicious. The hotel is located close to old city and itâs easy to get around the city for all the sightseeing activities.â
âHad a great stay at this beautiful palace. Staff were excellent and really helped us get our lost luggage back. The manager could not have helped more. It is also in a great location but some TIL Tula do not know where it is so just get another one.
Recommend Hussain as you driver. I was expecting a delivery but was out with him and he arranged to get it sent to where we were. He knows everything and everyone. Trust him. â

"This is a beautiful heritage hotel that I can truly recommend. The architecture, ambiance, and overall atmosphere are lovely â you really feel like youâre stepping into a piece of history. We only stayed one night, but I easily couldâve stayed longer if weâd had more time. Unfortunately, due to thunderstorms, we didnât get a chance to try the pool.
The experience overall was good, but service brought it down slightly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and while the setting was nice, I was served grilled chicken that was half raw. Initially, I was told I would only get a 50% reduction since I had eaten a few bites, but in the end they agreed to waive the dish. It wasnât a huge deal, but it could have been handled more professionally.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but again, the ambience of the property makes up for a lot. Itâs a peaceful and memorable place to stay â and despite the hiccups, I warmly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something with charm and character."
