“Very closed to Meitetsu Gifu station or JR Gifu station - it means you have a good other communication with buss and taxi. The hotel clerks are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms is done excellently by smiling older ladies. The convenience floor is on the lobby floor. You can borrow a bike for free. One big minus is a breakfast - a gloomy restaurant on the second floor. Better look for a coffee/bakery shop at stations - very good.”

“Mycket dyrt hotel, kändes som rummet hade inte renoverade sen 80 talet. Futon var väldigt smal och blev ont i ryggen dagen efter. Endast som var fin var önsen som hade vin utskick till Gifu slottet. Det var rent och personal var trevliga men borde har kostat en tredjedel av priset.”

“The room is a repurposed office, so the shape is a little unusual having a full window as the wall facing the road. This is covered by a curtain. If you need to sleep in total darkness, it may be a little uncomfortable. The curtain blocked the light enough for us to sleep comfortably though. The location gives great walking access to the castle and train station. There are trains and buses to different cultural attractions. There was a short fireworks show every evening from about 8:30 to 9...
