“The stay was part of a trip with my three children age 18-24. The hotel has quite recently gone through a major renovation and feels like new. It was an amazing hotel with attention to details in many ways. I had my laptop open by the desk and they have put a screen cleaner next to it when I got back to the room. The room was cleaned spotless everyday. Love Indian food but the highlight was the Chinese restaurant Baoshuan. One of our best dining experience through our 8 days in India. The pool...

“The best property one can ever visit. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Excellent ambiance and quality of everything. Hats off to check in and concierge personnel Sakshi and Shraddha for their excellent service and hospitality. Definitely an ideal hotel for stay in Delhi!”

“Mycket välskött hotell och väldigt serviceminded personal. Great value for money!”

“客室は堅苦しくなく、雰囲気があって非常に良かった。シャワーでお湯を使いたい時は洗面室のスイッチを押して30分待つ必要がある。シャワーの水圧はやや弱いが、十分満足できるものだった。壁に飾られたアートワークや調度品にこだわりがあり、周りの環境も静かで忙しいデリーの街中にあって、大変リラックスできた。”

“Gammalt hotel. Bra storlek på rummen. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal”

“Jätte bra hotell med 16 rum. Vänliga och hjälpsamma personal. ”

“Very attentive staff and hospitality is good. Kept”

“The location of the property was great. The asthetic and the decoration was really good. It gave a vintage feel. But with vintage, the issue was, few of the things were quiet old. So if those can be improved without damaging the vintage asthetic, would be great. We really loved the interiors and location”

“Check out Time should be somewhat extended. Further If Small Milk based Tea/Coffee/Sandwich.”

“Bra hotell, trevlig personal och maten var väldigt god i deras restaurang. Nära till de mesta ”

“Great location and friendly staff. Would stay again as very convenient ”

“I am from Sweden and I have during 16 years back visited India 11 times. When I compare a hotels own website with the real experience there is usually a big gap and disappointment between. But not this time! Hotel Southgate gives me a tangible proof of having a real insight and understanding of what a hotel guest needs and appreciates. That is what I call professionalism. This hotel has come a long way ahead comparing to other hotels in Delhi in the same price range! I am delighted! . PS. The...

“Quiet neighborhood and close to museums”

“Staff were very friendly and attentive. My room and the communal areas were very clean. Located in a wonderful neighborhood with lots to do. I would definitely stay here again. If you can get the room with the balcony on the second floor, do it you won’t be disappointed.”

“Ingen rec”

“There was somewhat odor in the room where I had stayed. It wasn’t pleasant. The bed could be more comfortable. The mini refrigerator wasn’t clean and could be replaced. The staff was helpful and nice. Location is great. Everything is close by.”
