Beautiful Home with HOT TUB, COMMUNITY POOL & GAME ROOM.

Welcome to this quaint and entertaining home in Idaho. Sit and unwind in your private hot tub on the back patio. Directly across from the home is a community pool, playground, and 1-acre park with a basketball court. If that isn't enough the game room will have you fully entertained with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and darts. The garage is not heated or cooled. Inside features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeps 8 with comfy beds and linens. You'll enjoy multiple smart TVs, a great kitchen full of cooking supplies, and a complimentary coffee station. This home has it all.
The community pool is open from Memorial day through Labor day weekend.

Beautiful home with wonderful amenities!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home. It had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation, including a game room, hot tub, and community pool.The host was very communicative and provided clear check-in and check-out directions.The only thing bummer was that the list of amenities included a bbq grill and there wasn’t one there. We’re looking forward to booking from this host again in the future!

Family reunited

The home was very welcoming from the moment we drive up. Very clean and spacious for our family gathering. Game room was a big hit with many hours spent in there with great family friendly competition. There was not anything we wished we had for meal preparation as the kitchen was well stocked..Haven’t seen our Idaho family in over 2 years and the home was a great place to reunite and catch up. It was perfect!!

Fantastic home

My family and I had a wonderful time. The swimming pool is right across the street from the house and it was so convenient. The shallow end of the pool was perfect for the toddlers! The house was warm and inviting. Nice and clean. The garage full of games was ideal for the children 3 and up. Fun fun fun!! Thank you Kay!

Comfortable home away from home

We rented the house to stay in Nampa for the weekend for my sons lacrosse tournament. The house was absolutely perfect! Super comfortable beds. The entire house was very clean. . The game room was fun in the garage and having the hot tub made it perfect! Would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for something in Nampa. The owner checked in and made sure our needs were met.

Wonderful for families.

We gathered for Thanksgiving. The facility accommodated us very well. It was well supplied. We lacked for nothing. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Nice place! Thanks for the opportunity to utilize a wonderful place.

Clean and well stocked

The home was very clean! Great assortment of towels, cooking dishes, appliances, plates ect... The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kids loved the double bunk bedroom. Beautiful park across the street with tables! Very close to a Walmart, which was a big plus. The only downside was the park pool was closed after Labor Day, which should be noted before you book it. I was sent an email right away so we knew right after we booked and was offered the right to cancel, which was great but we had already gone through the process and didn't want to look anymore. There were a lot of rules regarding the hot tub so we just avoided it. Overall an excellent place to stay!

Kay is better than the home and the home is amazing

I had a great experience with Kay prior to arriving at the property and continued to get very prompt response from Kay with my questions and inquires. All the beds were pretty comfy and the extra perks were great. The bathrooms and kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub got a big thumbs up from her daughter and friends. The game room was fun for all. Well worth the cost.

We loved this place!

Clean! Quick response from Kay. Fun amenities. No a/c in garage so it’s hot in summer playing games in garage. We bought a small a/c and several fans. Then it was wonderful. Kay provided a nice big fan which helped. We had everything we needed in kitchen. There was plenty of soap towels laundry soap etc over all superb house!

Perfect stay for a family—comfortable and fun for all ages.

This home is brand new, beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood, and well stocked with kitchen tools, comfortable bedding, and even pool towels. Plus it features enough amenities to make it feel like a vacation without even leaving the house. We came with our 5 boys, aged 11-20, and all of us had a great time. Our younger ones made daily use of the little pool across the street (it’s a key-card entry facility that’s part of the home’s HOA, so not open to the general public.) We loved the big park next to it (great for frisbee or shooting hoops). And the game room in the garage was the hands-down highlight. I lost count of the number of games of ping pong, foosball, and pool. Relaxing in the hot tub or watching a movie on the big TV made a pleasant finish to a full day of activities. Definitely hope to be back!

Everything we were looking for

We had a total of 3 families looking for space to spend time together cooking, playing games and relaxing. This turned out to be just the perfect combination for us. Kay was easily reached by email and stopped by to help us when we couldn't figure out another option. Even the house decor which was very well put together helped with a relaxing environment.
